We at U-Sell-Lots want to help You Sell Your item.
We offer an incredibly High Traffic Parking Lot in which you can place your Automobile, Snowmobile, Motorcycle, ATV, Trailer, Lawnmower etc..
For a very minimal fee of as low as $ 50 a month you can place your item in a space in our lot and give your item incredible exposure to thousands & thousands of possible buyers which pass by each day.
Here are the specifics:
When you rent a space with us you are renting the space for your specific item for up to 30 days.
Payment for the rented space must be given up-front at the time the rental agreement is started. We do not allow renters to pay for the rental space after the item is sold or at the end of the 30 days.
If the item you initially placed on the lot is sold then your rental agreement is completed.
You cannot exchange or swap out items in your space as your rental agreement is for 1 specific item good for up to 30 days.
We are not liabel and or responsible for any damage or theft that occurs to your item on our lot, and as such you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining insurance coverage for your item while it is for sale on the lot.
Rental agreements expire 30 days from the day of rental.
If your item does not sell by the end of your rental agreement you have first options on renting that space again for the following month.
If you choose to remove your item from the lot for a period of more than 2 days you must contact us so we know the item hasn't been sold.
If your month expires you have a 7 day grace period to remove your item. If your item is not removed within the grace period then on the 7th day your item will be towed away at your expense. You will be responsible for all towing fees, storage fees at the towing facility and responsible to pay us 1 extra months rent.
You are responsible for putting information on your item: ie. Year, Mileage,etc along with your Contact information.
We will have forms available for your convenience when you sign up to fill in the necessary information.
We offer FREE plastic holders to put your information into for items such as Snowmobiles, ATV etc..which don't have a window to place the information on.
Pricing per Month:
$ 50 - Snowmobiles, ATV, Snowblowers, Motorcycles, Lawnmowers etc.. basically anything that you can fit 2 of into a normal parking space.
$ 100 - Automobile, Truck, Van, Trailer etc.. basically anthing that would use a normal parking space.
To Rent a Space:
You must sign up at Republic Jewelry & Collectibles at 212 Center St. in Auburn. We are located about 6 minutes from the U-Sell Lot. (for directions click here)
Upon signing up you will be assigned a designated space on the lot.
